Tom is Managing Principal, PIM Portfolio Manager and has been on the Platinum Council* from 2007-2024. He has been an advisor to high-net-worth families since 1997. He enjoys working with families over many years and generations. Tom seeks to understand each family's unique needs to provide valuable, customized advice.
Tom holds degrees in accounting and business administration. He served as Assistant-Controller for Jacksonville University.
Philanthropy and community involvement is a priority for Tom and has included in the past: Mayoral appointment to the Jacksonville Citizens Planning Advisory Committee (Dist. 2), Treasurer of the Hunter's Mill Community Association, a volunteer continuing education teacher for Jacksonville University and the Duval County Community Schools Program, Chairman of the Hendricks Day School Charity Golf Tournament, Founder of Serving up a Cure tennis tournament benefiting cancer research, President of Deerwood Gives Back Inc., a 501(c)3.
Tom is an avid tennis player and serves as an Assistant Coach for JJVA Boys Volleyball. He is married to his college sweetheart, Rebecca and they have three children: Meghan, Chelsea and Tommy. The Forbes’ reside in the south side of Jacksonville.

Alex Intriago is Managing Partner and Financial Advisor at Bridgemont Wealth Management. He helps clients build, preserve, and transition wealth through disciplined investment management, tax-efficient portfolio strategies, retirement planning, and multigenerational estate and wealth planning strategies.
Alex is known for simplifying complex financial decisions and serving as the quarterback of his clients’ financial lives. He works closely with clients’ CPAs, estate planning attorneys, and other trusted professionals to develop coordinated strategies designed to maximize after-tax wealth, preserve family legacies, and help clients make confident long-term financial decisions.
Before entering wealth management, Alex specialized in designing sophisticated life insurance and wealth transfer strategies for ultra-high-net-worth families. That experience continues to provide him with a unique perspective on estate planning strategies, business succession, liquidity planning, charitable giving, and the efficient transfer of wealth across generations.
In 2026, Alex was recognized by Forbes as a Best-in-State Wealth Advisor, an honor awarded to advisors who demonstrate exceptional client service, strong compliance records, and leadership within the wealth management profession. He was also named a Forbes Best-in-State Next-Gen Wealth Advisor in 2025.
Outside of his practice, Alex is deeply committed to serving both the Northeast Florida community and the University of Florida. He serves as Chairman of The River Club, is a Trustee of the JAX Chamber, and is a Green Jacket member of the Gator Bowl, where he serves on the Membership and Scholarship Committees while sponsoring the Dream Team program benefiting children battling life-threatening illnesses.
A passionate supporter of the University of Florida, Alex is a Bull Gator and supports football, basketball, tennis and gymnastics NIL. Charlie Hofmann is a Vice President and Financial Advisor with more than five decades of experience helping individuals, families, and retirees navigate important financial decisions with confidence. Throughout his career, he has built lasting relationships by providing thoughtful guidance, personalized investment strategies, and a steadfast commitment to helping clients pursue their long-term financial goals.
Charlie’s career in financial services began with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, where he spent seven years as both a financial professional and later as a Sales Manager. That early experience provided a strong foundation in risk management, financial planning, and client service.
He subsequently joined Merrill Lynch in Jacksonville, where he spent 33 years serving clients and ultimately earned the title of Senior Financial Advisor and Vice President. During his tenure, Charlie advised multiple generations of families through changing markets and life transitions, building a reputation for integrity, sound judgment, and long-term relationships.
Charlie later continued his practice with Wells Fargo Advisors in Jacksonville for more than a decade before joining Bridgemont Wealth Management, where he serves as Vice President and Financial Advisor. Today, he continues to help clients develop personalized investment strategies, preserve wealth, plan for retirement, and navigate the financial complexities that accompany every stage of life.
Over the course of his career, Charlie has witnessed decades of economic cycles, evolving markets, and significant changes within the financial industry. That experience allows him to provide clients with a steady perspective, disciplined guidance, and the confidence that comes from working with an advisor who has successfully helped families through virtually every type of market environment.
Born in New York City, Charlie now resides in Northeast Florida with his wife, Sheila. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling extensively with Sheila, spending time with their children and grandchildren, and creating lasting memories with family.

Vice President
Tom is a Vice President and Private Investment Management (PIM) Portfolio Manager* at Bridgemont Wealth. He primarily focuses on building equity income portfolios for clients. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Jacksonville University and holds Series 7, 9, 10, 66 and 33 registrations along with life insurance, long term care and annuity licenses in many states.
Prior to finance, Tom spent 22 years in the digital imaging and cardiopulmonary industries. He was responsible for sales and marketing in the United States and Canada for many of those years.
Tom is a licensed pilot and an avid outdoorsman. Tom and his wife Debbie have 3 daughters, 2 sons and 8 grandchildren. Tom and Debbie split time between their homes in Jacksonville and Crescent Beach.

Senior Registered Account Administrator
Barbara is a Senior Registered Account Administrator. In this role, she helps clients with investment recommendation implementation and oversees our client service model.
Barbara began her career in financial services in 1991 with Barnett Securities. She has enjoyed relationships with clients for many years and knows all our clients personally.

Account Administrator
Peyton is an Account Administrator for Bridgemont Wealth. Peyton assists clients with new client onboarding, account administration and maintenance, implementing our service model through review preparation and scheduling.

- Graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a minor in business administration, and was an active member of Kappa Alpha Theta.
- Enjoys cooking, painting and spending time with her family – especially her dog, Ellie.
